Refund Policy

All sales are final

A plan costs US$2.99, once-off, and extra plan rewrites cost US$1.49 each. These are digital products that we start creating and deliver as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds once a purchase is complete. By buying, you ask us to start delivery straight away.

The amount charged is shown at checkout. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

If your plan doesn’t generate

If your plan shows an error, or still isn’t ready a while after you paid, email support@infralapse.com with your plan ID (the part after id= in your plan link). We’ll fix it and generate your plan again at no cost.

Please contact us first

If there’s a problem with a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank. It’s usually faster for everyone.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in that can’t be excluded.
